NUX DP-2000: A Comprehensive Percussion Device
Introducing the NUX DP-2000 Drum Percussion Pad – an all-in-one percussion pad that boasts eight velocity-sensitive independent strike pads. It not only includes the high-quality acoustic drum samples from our flagship DM-8 kit but also incorporates folk percussion and electronic sound samples. The DP-2000 is also a drum library that allows you to import your own drum samples via a U disk. You can even connect your hi-hat pedal and external kick drum to the device, turning the DP-2000 into a mini e-drum kit.

High-Quality Sound Library
Our flagship DM-8 supplies the DP-2000 with a selection of high-quality acoustic drum samples. We have also included specially prepared percussion and electronic sounds for musicians of various styles. Additionally, editing parameters allow you to assign and edit the position of each tone, pitch, phase, and other detailed parameters.

Newly Designed Interactive Interface
The DP-2000 sports a newly designed UI interactive interface that guarantees a smooth workflow. The eight velocity-sensitive strike pads have LED lights that change in brightness with dynamic playing and tone length, making for an expressive light show on any darkened stage.

More Possibilities
The DP-2000 will become a vital part of your drumming ecosystem, either onstage next to your acoustic drum kit or as a secondary drum brain by connecting it to your already existing e-drum kit via the MIDI In/Out ports.

Effects
The DP-2000 includes six onboard effects that can be assigned to the percussion pads or used as BUS effects via the FX function on the panel.

USB-C Port
The DP-2000 includes a USB-C port that allows for easy expansion of your sound library. Simply plug in a USB drive loaded with your favorite drum and percussion samples. The DP-2000 also supports WAV music playback via USB, making it a great performance and practice instrument.

Bluetooth Connectivity
The DP-2000 can connect to our NUX provided Bluetooth module NBT-1 via the USB-C port, which supports Bluetooth audio and Bluetooth MIDI functions.

Expansion
The DP-2000 includes three ¼” (6.35mm) jacks that can be connected to an extra trigger, hi-hat pedal, and a kick drum pedal, enabling you to create a set of mini but mighty electronic drums.
